How does instant quoting work?
Enter your address in our quote tool, and we measure your lawn using satellite imagery. Our pricing algorithm factors in your lawn size, complexity, distance, and frequency preference to generate an accurate quote in under 60 seconds. No on-site visit needed.
How much does lawn mowing cost?
Our residential mowing starts at $35 per visit for small yards (under 5,000 sq ft). Standard yards (5,000-8,000 sq ft) typically run $45-50 per visit. Weekly service saves you 10% compared to biweekly. Get your exact price with our instant quote tool.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. The price in your quote is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges, no equipment fees, no surprise add-ons. If your lawn conditions change significantly (major landscaping added, for example), we'll discuss any adjustment with you first.
What's a route density discount?
We group our jobs by neighborhood to minimize driving between properties. When multiple customers on the same street or neighborhood use Reign, everyone saves up to 15%. The more neighbors you refer, the more you all save.
Do you offer monthly billing?
Yes! We can bill monthly (weekly rate × 4.3 visits) for predictable budgeting. We also offer per-visit billing and seasonal prepay options.

Service & Scheduling

What's included in a standard mowing visit?
Every visit includes: full precision mowing, weed eating/trimming around all edges and obstacles, edging along driveways and walkways, blowoff of all hard surfaces, and before/after photo documentation sent to you.
How do I schedule service?
Get a quote through our website, accept it, and we'll set up your recurring schedule. You'll be assigned a specific day of the week based on your area. We'll text you the day before each visit as a reminder.
What if it rains on my mowing day?
We monitor weather closely. If rain prevents us from mowing on your scheduled day, we'll bump you to our next available day (usually within 24-48 hours) and notify you via text. We never mow soggy lawns — it damages the turf.
Can I skip a week?
Yes, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Weekly customers can skip occasionally without penalty. Frequent skipping may result in transitioning to biweekly pricing, since overgrown lawns take more time.
Do I need to be home?
Nope! Most of our customers aren't home during service. Just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are secured. You'll receive a text when we arrive and an after photo when we're done.
What happens if I'm not happy with a visit?
Contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right — free of charge, no questions asked. That's our satisfaction guarantee.

Service Area & Availability

What areas do you serve?
We serve Raymore, Belton, Peculiar, Lee's Summit, Grandview, and surrounding areas in the south Kansas City metro. Our home base is in Raymore, MO.
When does lawn mowing season start in Kansas City?
Typically early to mid-March for the first cleanup mow, with regular weekly/biweekly service from April through November. We'll contact recurring customers each spring to confirm their schedule.
Do you offer services in the off-season?
Our sister company, Reign Christmas Lights, handles holiday lighting from August through January. We're working toward offering year-round property services including leaf removal, snow removal, and spring/fall cleanups.

Payment & Policies

How do I pay?
We accept credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers through Stripe. After each service, you'll receive a payment link via text/email. We also offer autopay for recurring customers.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts for residential customers. You can cancel or pause service anytime with 48 hours notice. We earn your business every visit. Commercial contracts are available for properties that prefer a locked-in rate.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry general liability insurance. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request, especially for commercial and HOA clients.
